1 Can chickpeas (preferably sprouted and cooked)
2 - 3 cloves fermented garlic
1/4 teaspoon celtic sea salt, black pepper to taste or cayenne pepper
6 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tsp cumin
Blend all ingredients well and add a small amount of liquid from the tin if needed. Serve with flax crackers or vegetable sticks.
