Probiotic Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1 Can chickpeas (preferably sprouted and cooked)

  • 2 - 3 cloves fermented garlic

  • 1/4 teaspoon celtic sea salt, black pepper to taste or cayenne pepper

  • 6 tablespoons Olive Oil

  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 2-3tablespoons tahini

  • 1 tsp cumin

Blend all ingredients well and add a small amount of liquid from the tin if needed.  Serve with flax crackers or vegetable sticks.
