A delicious way to eat your dark leafy greens
- 1 Bunch swiss chard, stems removed & chopped
- 1 cup frozen chopped onion
- 1/2 red capsicum
- 1 Tsp fennel seeds
- 1/2 Tsp chilli flakes
- 1 Tbsp salt reduced vegetable stock
- In a dry non stick pan on medium heat toast the fennel seeds until you can smell their aroma, add the onions, capsicum & chilli flakes & sauté` until their is a little colour on the onion. Add the swiss chard to the pan and toss through with the stock, put a lid on for 5 mins & serve.
