Fennel Swiss Chard

A delicious way to eat your dark leafy greens


  • 1 Bunch swiss chard, stems removed & chopped
  • 1 cup frozen chopped onion
  • 1/2 red capsicum
  • 1 Tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 Tbsp salt reduced vegetable stock



  • In a dry non stick pan on medium heat toast the fennel seeds until you can smell their aroma, add the onions, capsicum & chilli flakes & sauté` until their is a little colour on the onion.  Add the swiss chard to the pan and toss through with the stock, put a lid on for 5 mins & serve.
