Oil Free Orange Dressing

Dressing:

juice of 1 orange

1 garlic clove crushed - leave 10 mins for enzymes to develop

1/3 cup salt reduced vegetable stock

1/4 tsp guar gum to thicken (guar gum is a ground up legume)

Shake all ingredients in a jar. leftovers will store in fridge for 5 days if it thickens too much add more water or juice.
